open the l4d2 local file and go to left4dead2→addons→workshop
copy the vpk file with the same name as the addon image you want to display immediately
go back to the addons file and paste

just gonna ask how are you gonna make them appear instantly without waiting for the add-ons to completely finish loading?

The screenshots here are 1336x768 with all settings on high
If it's blurrier than this, it's either a resolution issue or your settings are too low
