Zetterburn Assist

Description
Zetterburn From Rivals of Aether as an Assist in Fraymakers!

Currently he's a 25 Cost Assist that throws out a fireball that does 2% damage. He also has a hitbox on startup that deals 3%.

Fire effect / burn damage is still WIP and will be coming soon (hopefully)


Costumes:

Costume 1 - Default
Costume 2 - Blue
Costume 3 - Green
Costume 4 - Red
Costume 5 - Purple
Costume 6 - Abyss
Costume 7 - Excalibur
Costume 8 - Shine

Yeah that's a good point. I did originally want to add the burn damage mechanic but haven't gotten back around to adding it.

Seems like this could be a pretty solid assist actually, the only thing I'd want even with no burn is for the fireball itself to come out faster. The idea of just giving every character a quick projectile is pretty interesting and would be fun to play around with
