@中国队长更改了一下逻辑，现在是在原版地图数据上增加资源后再添加来自More State Modifiers的地区特质，而不是直接在More State Modifiers的地图数据上增加资源

@中国队长但是More state modifiers那边还没更新诶，不过这边也不是不能适配新地图，( ˙0˙)晚点再说

@伟仔像日本、朝鲜这种地区比较小的国家，每块地增加的资源可能只有个位数，所以快去打毛子抢西伯利亚
