[BNW] Beorc Civpack

Description
This civpack adds all three of Kiang's Beorc civilizations from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn to Civilization V: Brave New World.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Kingdom of Crimea - Elincia

Children of Wisdom (UA): Scientists provide +1 food, and farms provide +1 science.

Royal Knight (UU): Combat bonus in Crimean territory and recieves defensive bonuses. Replaces Knight.

Greil Mercenary (UU): Earns experience 75% faster, may only be purchased, and unlocks at Curency. Never obsoletes and requires no iron, unlike the Swordsman it replaces.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Kingdom of Daein - Micaiah

Sacrifice (UA): Bonus culture from defensive buildings. Great Prophets heal units in the same tile at the beginning of your turn, taking twice the damage healed.

Dawn Brigade (UU): Ignores terrain costs and is awesome. Replaces Pikeman and upgrades to musketman.

Keep (UB): Replaces Monument. +3 culture, no maintenance cost, and provides a small defensive bonus.
The Fire Emblem series is the intellectual and lawful property of Nintendo and Intelligent Systems, and I do not claim to have ownership over any of it.

Empire of Begnion - Sephiran

Divine Mandate (UA): Recieve faith from kills equal to the combat strength of the unit killed.

Holy Guard (UU): Passes over all terrain at the cost of only 1 movement point, unlike the Knight it replaces, but is one tile slower (becuase the pegasi get tired from flying everywhere) and a tad more expensive. Stationing a Holy Guard in your cities will greatly discourage enemy Missionaries and Great Prophets from attempting to convert it, similar to an Inquisitor.

Senatorial Palace (UI): Must be placed on a luxury resource and can only be built by a Great Prophet. Provides +10 faith and +4 culture, but does not provide a copy of the luxury resource it is placed on, because the Senators hog it all for themselves. Benefits from every Social Policy that the regular Holy Site would.

@Kiang

While a very good mod, I believe this will have a need of overhaul of all of the diplomacy responses belonging to Elincia, Micaiah and Sephiran, all worth more than 100kb each that is patterned after that of Huitzil's Eientel touhou mod. This needs to be updated just like what @TheMH06 and @Kobazco did.

As for the following, this needs a overhaul of the peace theme as well. For Elincia: Elincia's Theme; while for Micaiah: Micaiah's Dawn; and for Sephiran: Empress Sanaki (Sanaki's theme)

@AhzPan I completely agree, that's one that I'm really hoping to see.

Someone has to make the Laguz

I find the music choice for non-war Begnion is a little out of place. Why not the music from Path of Radiance when the mercenaries arrive there? Side note, I like the quotes for sephiran's trading of luxuries, "the seneators are hogging them all"

I really like this mod, Fire Emblem is now one of my favorite game series. I recently discovered it when my friends got Fates on their 3ds's. I've played a number of the older games and really like that someone decided to put some civs on the workshop. I tried to make my own Fire Emblem civs, from the Sacred Stones, but they do not seem to want to work.

@Q Sirius Doritos: I'm sorry to hear that! I have no idea what the problem could be, but as a workaround, you may just want to download and enable the three the civs separately. Honestly, I only put this pack up here because I got tired of having to go find all three of them in my (very long) mod list, and thought maybe other people would want to do the same. I'm sorry that this shortcut doesn't work for you, but thanks for subscribing and leaving a comment!

I only get Begnion as a playable civ, but not the other two.

@Emperor Quagy: Nice catch, thank you for that.

When playing as Daein:

Don't know if this is intended or not, but when adopting the policy in the Tradition tree that gives a free culture building, I got Walls (I may get other defensive buildings too, presumably). It seems defensive buildings are considered "culture buildings" because of the UA. This may throw people off when they're expecting an Ampitheater or the like.
