Singe's Skills for Rakarth the Beastlord

It's always a bit odd that Rakarth is also from Karond Kar as opposed to Clar Karond. I suppose it's a break from obviousness to give the Slaver's Gate the archetypical Beastmaster, but it does make them the only Black City to not have a special character - Ghrond has Morathi, Naggarond has Malekith and Kouran Darkhand, Har Ganeth has Hellebron and Tullaris, Hag Graef has Malus, etcetera. Maybe Clar Karond could have had some Beast Sorceress or something? No idea.

Anyway, four skills for Iwan Rheon
Spare the Whip... is leadership and speed for monsters
Master Hunters makes Scourgerunner Chariots better at hit-and-run
Live Training is a general combat boost across all monsters
Driven To Fury spreads Frenzy across all monsters. Yeah, I may have been running out of ideas at this point.
