Five skills for the guy who ended up being the basis of an entire faction
First of the Midnight Admiralty boosts leadership, reload and melee defence for all yer crew
A Storm of Fangs works your flying units into more powerful melee combatants
A Tempest of Shot ups their firepower as well, so you can hopefully feel vaguely justified in using Deck Droppers
Discordant Aura provides a 30% drop in spell resistance around him - screw those Dwarves and Khornates, drop a Wind of Death on their head as your troops turn out fine.
Get of Abhorash makes him a better duellist with some Blood Dragon skills, and means he can Sunder Armour for a bit as well.

Looks cool. Harkon's vanilla skills are so boring and bad and this looks like it really spices him up.
