Terrorgheist Mount for Wight Kings

Description
A simple mod that allows the Wight King hero for the Vampire Counts to get a Terrorgheist mount. Unlocked automatically at level 22 in campaign for both regular Wight Kings and for Kevin von Lloydstein. The mount is also an option in custom battles as well.


The Terrorgheist mount is a pretty good upgrade for what is otherwise a lackluster hero. I like vanilla Wight Kings but they are somewhat low utility in battle. The fact that you get a good amount of anti-large bonus with the mount makes Wight Kings a good monster or mounted lord killer for the Vampire Counts. The fact that you also now get a Terrorgheist with skills and items is a pretty large upgrade over just recruiting a regular Terrorgheist.



This mod is not save game compatible like most unit mods. Once you enable this mod in your campaign you will need the mod in order to continue that campaign.

Don't be surprised if my next mod is a Mortis Engine mount for Banshees.

UPDATE FOR 4.0:

-Fixed Terrorgheist mount skill not showing up
-Moved skill to tier 50 to improve compatibility with other mods. The skill will now show up after mentor.

Update for 5.1+

Fixed invalid references in tables. Game should now launch with the mod enabled again.

This mod causes CTD on startup since 5.1 update, tested as only active mod in modmanager.
Loved this mod before, any chance for update/fix? Thanks in advance.

@JMan0355. I have no issue with you uploading an updated WH3 version of my WH2 mod. The script was the hardest part for me to figure out so if it helped you then great. I wish i had more time for WH3 but life and work is in the way.

Hey sorry im posting this on the wrong workshop page, since i dont own WH2 anymore steam wont let me post on any WH2 workshop pages.

I just wanted to let you know that I updated and tweaked your Select Ancillaries mod for WH3 and wanted to ask if you would be okay if I publish it. I'll of course link your original mod since even though i made all new tables I still used most of your original script.

If you dont reply after a bit I'm will likely upload it to the workshop but if you reply after the fact saying no ill make sure to remove it!

@Seleucid I made a work around i kicked the tier out to 50, as i think another mod was conflicting the skill table and it solved the problem. it just makes the mount the last skill on top row but everything works. and helps with compatibility with other mods as long as they don't use indent 0, tier 50.

@Ralkorin I'm not sure what is going on here. In the version I'm loading into the game it works perfectly with Heroic Killing Blow both in campaign and in skirmish battles. I don't know if there is an issue with Steam updating the file or some mod incompatibility somewhere. I have updated my file again to Steam in an attempt to fix this mod.

Still missing killing blow. did you try and replace the first mount with the terror?

3.0 removed the can fly trait from the mount, could you also fix killing blow while making that update.
