1930 Technical University

Description
Technical University building in 1930s/Constructivist style. Based on the existing university building in central Moscow, currently hosting the University of design and technology named after A.N. Kosygin.

Employs 50 professors and 100 workers. 300 students max.
Collisionless.
The model comes with an LOD, although it's not particularly heavy for what I usually do. The only massive file is the bump texture, as compression tends to completely ruin them.

ΝΒ: I reworked some window textures to decrease the contrast between dark and light windows.

You're saying it doesn't install on your side?
I'm not sure what might be the problem, I suspect that if there was something wrong on my side, other subscribers would have mentioned having the same problem, hmm.

Maaan there are some constructivist marvels in Leningrad and other place, they're so epic I have difficulty envisioning how to make them (more the texture space organization than the model itself, though for some the modeling as well is challenging because I don't have views from all their sides). Things like the Kirov district administration or the city's palace of culture...
