The Schwarzlose 1898 pistol was a rotating bolt pistol designed at the turn of the century in Germany. It was expensive, and not many were made, but a few took part at the very least in WW1 and the Boer War, and potentially WW2 through officers that would've kept them

I mean i know it wasnt used in WW2 but it just sounded interesting for me that it would've been used.

There's no real proof of it being used in WW2, but there's also no proof of them being all destroyed before it, so it's somewhat plausible that some old ones were still in use by officers or mobilized people

I didn't know that the pistol was potentially used in WW2 but it was still rare with only 1000 of them were ever made and was exclusively used by the Boers during the Boer war and members of the Russian Social Democratic Party
