I found pills but fabulous (REP only)

Description
Do you hate it when you find a pill, but it's "I found pills" and ruins your look with an unremovable costume? Do you ever wish becoming a cat girl with a random pill you found? (no?) Well, Copy is here to help! so she became the costume itself (Don't ask how that works!) It doesn't make the pill better, but at least it doesn't turn you into my drunk neighbout anymore.
This also includes many color variations depending on the kind of costume you have. You can create neat costumes with it!

(Some costumes may have bright colors, so watch out maybe)

This mods replaces all possible "I found pills" costumes, including:

-Skin colors
-Character specific costumes
-Horse pill + skin colors + Dark Judas Costume

If there is any bug or any missing costume, tell me in the comments.

This mod wasn't tested in AB+, so I am not sure if it will actually work.

Thanks again for being patient with me, I've recently started therapy and I'm learning more about how my brain functions, part of it being overcoming my tendency to procrastinate. It brings me joy to know that you appreciate what I'm doing for the modding community. Who knows where that might take me? I've recently stepped back from what I do on Garry's Mod, might as well put my Lua skills to use :)

Well, they do have costumes for many of the existing items in Isaac as well as some modded ones separate from the Eeveelutions. The thing is, I'm not that experienced when it comes to making Isaac mods. For the IFPBF costumes, I simply set the override to 99, meaning it will take priority over most costumes. I expect that this means other costumes won't function as expected with this approach, but it was the most straightforward way to add the costume to OWRP+.

I suppose getting lost in the technical details is likely what made me wait this long, but it shouldn't be too hard to get the costume from the Eevee mod (Which I have permission to do) and do the same as I did with IFPBF. That way, there's something there to begin with and changes could be made in the future so it works in a more user-friendly way.

@Snepderg Base Eevee would be alright. Also it's alright take time for yourself irl stuff is more important broski. The only one they have RN is the base anyway they're working on Adding Eeveelutions tho

@Toddete Hey sorry I've been really busy and kinda forgot about the thing, I got permission from the devs, just not sure which costumes to port first. Do you just want the base Eevee? I may have to get further permissions to grab say, Eeveelutions or specific costumes. Better safe than sorry.

I may end up doing some of the transformations, but more than likely I'll release just the base costume for eevee first.

I just have to find the right anm2 from the basegame. the Eevee mod is open-source so I can go look at it, I just asked if I had permission to use the sprites and they agreed.
