if anyones wandering what in the ♥♥♥♥ happens in the endings/in the map overall, then heres the explanation:
(SPOILERS)

Basically, you're a proud citizen, that's suffers from schizofremia. You always take your pills that you get from the lovely goverment. But on one day you start to resist them, and then you get into a schizo dream episode. You're house gets mangled up, you see weird facilities behind your walls, and fight weird ass monsters and fake skinwalkers, and all of that happens in your mind... Then you reach the glowing white room, that has giant pill jar in the middle, you can either take them, or resist:
Resist ending: You resist taking the pills, by fighting the demons in your mind, but whilst in real life, you basically kill yourself
Take them ending: You take the pills, and wake up in the real life, at a sunny morning, but, well, you start paying the taxes back.
