Does the AI sell artifacts?

@Earendel You can see the price by clicking on the Choose Artifact button again after selecting the artifact. The prices are 150, 300, 500 or 750 gold depending on the rarity of the artefact.

It would be nice to see the offered price for the artifact. Because you only see the value of it if the recipient does not have enough to buy
