Reactor Controler Demo

Description
A simple test bench for component based reactor controlers. Features an independent life support system for long term testing. Not intended as a functional submarine; Testing must be done from within the submarine editor.

I used this on my Cappa v1 and I forgor to turn down the reactor efficiency so now it has infinite fuel XDDDDDDDDDD until I fix it

Hey one of the subtract components of this demo was not set to 1.1 despite you saying it was set in the video!
