Black Shadows and ZFog (Increased Transparency version!)

This mod renames and overrides the ZFog and Shadow graphics (wall and ramp) and makes them black instead of blue. It also reduces ZFog opacity a bit. Which makes it easier to distinguish water and fog and just looks really spooky. Essentially It is much like my other ZFog mods except It also updates the wall and ramp shadows.

Note, It does not update the blue ramp overlay so there is still some blue on ramps themselves, but it DOES overwrite the ramp shadows so the shadows at the bottom of ramps are made black. This is an aesthetic choice. Its very easy to update but I chose not to.

The main difference between this and my other ZFog mods is:

1. It also Makes wall and ramp shadows black
