Why is 1648
Europe had just ended the Thirty Years' War, and there were still many wars in Europe for the next century, and the Manchurian invasion of China was in its final stages. There are still plenty of places in the world to colonize. Player can experience from handicrafts to industry, from cold weapons to World War I.

欧洲刚结束三十年战争，而之后的一个世纪欧洲仍然有许多战争，满洲入侵中国也到了最后阶段。世界上还有很多地方可以殖民。玩家体验可以从手工业发展到工业，从冷兵器到一战。

What's special
1. The education system has been modified, basic schools provide literacy rate improvement, and universities provide innovation points.
2. The war exhaustion system has been revised, the war exhaustion caused by casualties in the early stage of the game will be reduced, and the war exhaustion will gradually increase with the advancement of technology, that is, the wars in the 17th and 18th centuries will last longer.
3. The equipment of the troops is separated from the tactics. The troops can be equipped with muskets but still use the ancient phalanx tactics, or they can hide in trenches with spears.
4. The upper limit of the country's interest declaration needs to unlock new technology to increase. and the taxation method of government administration was revised. the upper limit of buildings was limited in the early stage, and the artillery factory was independent as a new building. There are also many new buildings, production methods and laws, not to list them one by one.

有什么特别
1.修改了教育系统，基本学校提供提升识字率，大学提供创新点数。
2.厌战系统修改，游戏初期伤亡造成的厌战降低，随着科技的进步逐渐提高厌战，也就是17~18世纪的战争会进行更长的时间。
3.部队的装备与战术分开，部队可以装备火枪但仍然使用古老的方阵战术，也可以拿着长矛躲在壕沟里。
4.国家的利益宣告上限需要解锁新科技增加，政府行政的税收方式修改，同时在早期限制了建築上限，将火炮厂独立成新建築。还有新增很多建築、生产方式与法律，不一一列举。
