Outstanding mod by the creator of other recent, yet all-time, classics. When MastaJags started his first work, i.e. Haruhi Suzumiya as Kae, I knew he had the potential needed to rival the most influencial modders of this community. While Chicken fans have the famous Neco-Arc mod, Seagull fans have endured a modding drought for as long as they existed. So imagine my disbelief as I went on the Workshop this evening, and saw this promising artist posted what is without a doubt one of the most ambitious DLCs of his time! And he did not stop there, he incorporated the one and only Barusu from Plack Gang! As Seagull is a normal enemy, you don't even need to play the character to enjoy the impressive graphics and endless effort that went into this mod.

TLDR, I'd recommend this mod to anyone who thinks the modding community isn't what it used to be, as I am definite this masterpiece will change your opinion.

Also he's Spiderman! How cool is that???
