Night-time Campaign (Night Vision version)

Description
Changes most of the Halo 3 campaign to be at night with a dark environment and changes to many of the light aspects including night vision, red tracers from most human weapons and glowing plasma projectiles.

There were a few updates that continued to break mods up until may iirc.

Updated the mod. Apparently it broke around February but I was never made aware until I started seeing negative reviews. Sorry about that.

MCC has been updated and as a result all my mods probably broke. I am currently away for work for the next 3 weeks so I won't be able to update them until then. I apologize for the inconvenience.
