Area 53 revamp

Description
This is a mod of Area 53, in which i made the entire experience make more sense, funner, and less laggy.

I added and took away alot of stuff, brought out the vaccum cleaner and redid some more stuff. the AI is new, and there are new weapons for you to wield. Not to mention i added an armory room, makes life on you that much easier, you'll see it ^.^ The entire experience will be more fun GAURANTEED!
