Spears Use Agility

Description
Spears now use Agility as a base stat instead of Strength.

Note: This only seems to work with newly created spears - existing ones still seem to use strength

This mod works, and I do like it. There's no horseback agility melee weapons without this mod.

I haven't tested with any modded ones. Assuming modded spears don't add a new weapon type, and are using the default type, this should work.
