Cyberpunk optimized 2022

Original map by XENON
A simple optimization pass and bugfix version. This map was made in 2007 for half-life 2 episode 2 and needed a little love. Heres what I did:

-Fixed buttons: all buttons used the +use key which has no function in tf2
- Liberal use of func_detail: every object that wasnt a prop was brushwork
-added areaportals and split up portals.
-Clipped Stairs
-much much smaller filesize and runs smoother
-you can now enter the dj room
