Boom's France Rework [RERELEASE]

This mod reworks France to reward them more strongly for gaining cultural Great People, through both reinforcing their focus on mid-late game wonders as well as buffing their Great Works. Toward this end, the Patronage Court has been introduced to France, a unique Theater Square which rewards obtaining Great Works and careful district planning. The Chateau has been removed.

• Expending a Great Writer, Artist, or Musician provides a burst of production toward the city if it is building a wonder or building (7.5% for Wonders, 30% for buildings)
  
• Wonders provide double Tourism and a standard adjacency to all districts

• District that replaces the Theater Square and cheaper to build
  
• Costs 3 Gold maintenance from 1
  
• Gains +1 adjacency from the appropriate districts
  
• Gains +1 Culture from Wonders, Entertainment Complexes, and Water Parks
  
• Great Works in this city gain yields equal to this district's adjacency

• Unchanged

This mod has been adjusted to be compatible with other mods that add French leaders, given that they are set up correctly. This mod contains Lua, making it potentially cause desyncs in multiplayer, although I am not certain if this is the case.
