Description
CARVANILLAPLUS + CARCOVER
It is 100% working on the current DayZ 1.25 update

This MOD ( CarVanillaPlusCarCover ) was created just to be able to use the MOD CarCover and not disappear the objects from the extra slots created by the CarVanillaPlus mod (backpack, weapon, radio and CanisterGasoline).

Now with this new mode all your slots are kept in the same without anything disappearing when you remove the cover used by CarCover Mod

🛠️ INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SERVER OWNERS:
  1. Sign the Mod here on the Steam Workshop
  2. Navigate to the DayZ root folder
  3. Open the !Workshop folder
  4. Copy the @CarVanillaPlusCarCover folder
  5. Navigate to the DayZServer root folder
  6. Paste the mod folder inside the DayZServer root folder
  7. Open the @CarVanillaPlusCarCover folder
  8. Open the Keys folder
  9. Copy the .bikey dayz file
  10. Navigate to the DayZServer root folder
  11. Open the Keys folder
  12. Paste the MC_MoreDAYZ.bikey dayz file
  13. Open the Batchfile to start the Server with a Text Editor.
  14. Add @CarVanillaPlusCarCover like this
    mod= ( "CarVanillaPlusCarCover;@CarCover" )
  15. Save Batchfie and you can start the server.

hello friend, the carcover mod puts a cover over the car and the car disappears from the map and is stored in the system. it helps with the rendering of the map and helps to ease the processing of the server, but you can't lock it. There is a mod to put a key in the car and lock the vehicle, then cover it will be another help for the server lag.

hi guys loving your stuff! awesome work! can I ask if the cover actually locks the vehicle or is it simply to hide it?
