More coke! (no fuel)

Description
Making coke from bituminous coal and lignite now gives more coke (25 and 15 respectively, to be exact). Also making coal now is an automated job (like kitchen and fishery). This version also removes fuel requirement for this operation.

This mod adds a new job rather than change the existing one, therefore it should not interfere with the game or any other mods.

I cant seem to get it to work. I loaded the mod in on world creation but i still have to manuall make the coke and it still requires fuel.

I have a feeling that the tasks are being automated behind the scenes, kinda like how spinning thread and making cloth are automatic I think too or something? There's options for those under the work orders tab
