Replaces Knife

If you like this release:

It's the knife from NMRIH with animations from Mav's MW19 knife set (the Dropbox version). Now you can go return your videotapes.

Features

Reworked textures to remove artifacting
Positioned for zero clipping in third person
Animation blending in first person -- no abrupt transitions when shoving/reloading
Will get bloody as you use it
Corrected animation timings for multiplayer
