Scania 143m H.E. Payne

This mod adds a special repaint for 'H.E. Payne' to my Scania 3series, it pulls a 12.2m refrigerated trailer.
It is the first Scania I release with my 12.2m standard trailer and features a few new options, like a roof rack.
The model is inspired on Herpa model 315661 from the Jan/Feb 2023 prospect. It is not an exact copy, but then also the Herpa one isn't exact with the actual real life truck.
All goods can be transported in the trailer, the also included solo truck vehicle can carry passengers.
Availability starts in 1987. The driving trailer has a new vehicle depot menu entry without an end for it's availability. The solo truck is in the existing menu with the other solo trucks for which availability ends in 2087.

This mod requires my Scania 3 series mod to be loaded for your game!

Asset included, in the categories trucks and Bko.

Vehicle features include:
- 2 driving variants.
- Interior.
- Transport all goods.
- Cargo capacity 104 (26 in game) over 2 compartments.
... or 4 (1 in game) passengers for the solo truck.
- New 470hp engine setup.

Asset features include:
- 1 asset variants with own menu.
- Turnable front steering wheels.
- Trailer turn angle setting.
- Lights off/low/on.
- Blink lights on/off.
- Crew driving yes/no.
- Longitude and cross slope angles.*
- Selectable capacity kind (Commercial/Industrial/Residential); Capacity = 1.
- Changeable config, also after placement.

* note: Longitude and cross slope angles settings overrule steering wheels setting.
