Description

The npc is functional but is not finished and has some bugs

DO NOT REUPLOAD!!!1!!1!!!1!

(This Npc is based off of Slender The Eight Pages)

Features & abilities:

The Tall man can be found in the "NPC" spawnmenu.
When spawned a bell sound effect will play.
Stalks you when looking at him.
Only moves when hes out of sight of the player.
Static effects.
Faster than player.
Custom sounds.
After killing someone he becomes powerful.

!YOU CAN NOT POSSESS HIM!
