I'm not entirely certain, and I unfortunately can't check the directory for the author or pack, since a drive failure a while ago has either destroyed or made inaccessible most of my SFM files. My best guess is it's probably something from SFMLab, and failing that, you could try checking the Garry's Mod workshop if you do not mind all the hoop-jumping involved with that.
I will say I do remember having issues with AO, unrigged fingers, missing bodygroups for the Chieftain (and other ranks) and having to edit the materials a lot to make the skin+armor not look like plastic; it was not a very good port.

where did you get the Brute model in the last slide? i've searched most of the workshop but i can't find one. i'm trying to make an animation based on the first contact between the covenant and the humans

Thank you for letting me know, I'll fix it when I get a chance. For right now, the doors on the CinematicInterior bodygroup appear to work correctly.
