Introducing Day Number 20, the Solaris Arbiter

"Our first strike was considered by many in our fleet to be a great success, but I could do nothing but feel sorrow for the thousands of men aboard that ship. They had no stake in this conflict; they were just doing what they thought was right. Those men and women were not our true target, but this is war, and for the greater good sacrifices must be made for Earth and Mars to endure.

With Luna taken, my squadron has been tasked with stopping any craft from escaping, and protecting it from recapture by our foe. We await the arrival of the rest of the Grand Fleet, and with their might we shall finally be able to take earth, and end this before more damage can be done and more lives needlessly lost. The only thing that stands in our way now are the Earth Fleet’s last remaining battlegroups, but I know if our hearts are true, we will endure against their volleys and pave our way to salvation.”
