Description
Manage traffic in a rising mega city.

Long distance connections for freight and passengers offer some out/inbound traffic. Distance can be simulated by slow track speeds at those connections. This should give a nice contrast between sparse long distance ans dense inner city traffic.
There are also local resources which need to be fed into the city logistics.
