Tukanee Valley Railroad

Description
I built this in 5 hours, Idk how. The Tukanee Valley Railroad is a Class 3 Shortline railroad operating 4 miles of trackage between an interchange with Norfolk Southern, and a Grain Elevator situated on the former Tennessee Great Northern Bluegrass Sub. I can't get the motive power working. What are the base mods?(btw your other gp9s work fine for me)
