Nathans Changes - Genesis - Cast Iron

Description
Changes how smelting Iron and what Cast iron is in the Genesis mod, load after Genesis.

Genesis changes Iron somewhat:
When smelting ore, you get Cast Iron instead of Iron.

You then, at a forge, Wrought the Cast Iron to make it into normal, vanilla Iron.

This isn't really what Cast Iron is, Cast Iron is much closer to Pig Iron than regular Iron. So I have changed it, it is now effectively a worse steel (but better than Iron) that can be made without Flux stone. It also makes better blunt weapons than Steel and Silver/Platinum.

Changes:
Smelting Iron gives you normal iron like in vanilla.
Smelters can:
Turn Iron + Fuel + Coal = Cast Iron.
Turn Cast Iron + Fuel = Pig Iron (so it can convert)
You can still turn Cast Iron into Normal Iron via the Forge and the "Wrought Iron" order. Realistic? No, but Dorfs have found a way to remove carbon by hammering it!

Q&A:
Heavily Tested?
Ummm.... No. D;
It never crashed and seemed to work though!

Balanced?
Honestly? I do not know, you could just ignore Cast Iron totally and just use this to remove the need to wrought Iron.

Adding to an existing Genesis save?
Not really possible.

Load order?
Place it after Genesis.

Vanilla?
Umm, unlikely. Genesis is life. Deon is God. Backpfeifengesicht is a metal man who inspired me to do this.

Who are you?
A Dwarven Shark, who are you?

And I've checked, and indeed, in the old version it was "coarse iron", so I am not sure at which point I renamed it to "cast".

:D

And thank you for making Genesis!

Thank you for the more realistic approach.
My initial intent was to make iron ore smeltable in less-usable ore before making it better, but I've probably picked bad naming for this :)

No problem :D

From what little I know of metallurgy (primarily from cooking utensils), I was confused why cast iron was being treated as basic iron. I appreciate this change!

My next project:
Simplifying outputs of rocks and trees :D

For trees, I intend on going through all Genesis trees and reducing logs to 3 types, one for surface trees, one for cavern trees and one for magic pixxie *eugh* trees. Like in Masterwork.

For rocks, I will either remove rock types (so it is easier to build in just a few types rather than having several dozen) or try and find a way to have some rocks mine down into others. Such as mining Red Granite giving you normal Granite.

Let's hope this works :D
