Description


The Gnoll are a civilization of hyena-like humanoids who roam the tropical savannahs and grasslands in search of murder and plunder. They are innately hostile to most others and like stealing children to, probably, eat later.

Gnolls congregate in large tribes lead by a warleader who overseers the packleaders who, in turn, lead the raids. Their society is in a constant state of celebration and chaos; nobody in their communities are safe from their extreme bouts of violent revelry and even their leaders change faster than one can blink.

And they can/should war train hyenas.

No weapon sprites.

I've noticed there is an armor sprite mismatch in the graphics file, manifesting in the wrong colors on gnolls. Leather items are also missing entirely, not sure if that's intentional.

I've posted the file in Fenris' thread in the discussions above, it is in the second page, last post (so far)

I haven't played DF in a while but I see no reason why it shouldn't still work and let you play them in adventure mode too, as it did when I tested it.

You might want to upload your changes as a new mod since it seems like the mod author here won't respond any time soon...
Just remember to credit them at least.
