16 bit genesis mega drive music

changes the game's soundtrack to sega drive/genesis music because its awesome.
i tried my best to not just get generic recognizable music for the sake of it and actually fit the game's OST for the most part, but theres some goofy stuff in there still
no soundtrack menu compatibility
