New game required
Make the discipline/morale system in Uboat challenging again.

Once upon a time the discipline system used to be challenging, make it so again! No more playing cards, cooking for your men or bribing them with extra food variety. Now the only way to improve morale is by sinking the enemy or playing music (which doesn't work in combat).

the bigger problem about discipline morale/ is that it fundamentally doesnt matter. even when at 0 discipline the stress gain is far too slow to matter and you will never be staying underwater long enough for it to matter

I haven't tested it yet on the latest update but it most likely will not work. When I have time, I will take a look at it. Honestly I'm amazed folks still like the idea of this mod!

Just wondering, how do you guys manage crew health (fruit & vegetables) with just one slot in the galley? Are we supposed to alternate the content every now and then?

Just so nobody else has to spend time checking... if you find just one slot for food in your galley, that's this mod.

*confused* You guys in comments really need to learn this is just a mod. Use it or don't but don't cry about realism, because realistically this is not the case, but neither are your words warranted (saw some guy say "Stick it up your you-know-where" - really uncalled for; this is a mod for a GAME not a training camp for officers.)

Awesome - I really disliked when they nerfed discipline for some weird reason. Made a whole bunch of officer skills obsolete. Mind you, I normally vehemently despise 'morale' or 'discipline' mechanics in games, but UBoat was the one exception, as it allowed you to effectively level up your crew, weed out the whimps, and ultimately was something you could progress with time.

yall do realise that DISCIPLINE is how much crew obeys you? has barely anything to do with crew being scared. discipline aka how happy the crew is with what youre providing to them and how much they are ready to work for you in return, increased by providing optional comfortability, SUCH AS BETTER FOOD AND MUSIC FOR ENTERTAINMENT. But nonetheless cool mod that makes the game harder
