Version 3 of our community map.

Intended for use on wiremod.ru servers, but will work on any other.
Features:
* Skybox from HL2 - no other games required!
* Flatgrass (not really flat now...)
* Space on the circle and below it
* Lagless rooms
* Lots of rails for trains
* Car testing area
* Lots of water - small zone on top and huge zone inside the circle
* 3d skybox with hills - now it sucks D:

Six private rooms work only on wiremod.ru Build server.
