UA: Fortress of Socialism - Gain Culture from finishing Defensive Buildings (Walls, Castle, etc.). When denouncing Civilizations with larger armies, gain faster Land unit production, more so for each Social Policy Tree completed and Ideology Tenet.

UU: Voluntary Forces of Defense - Replaces the Bazooka, is weaker, but cheaper and can fire further and even double if on a Hill tile. Doesn't need to set up.

UI: Bunker (duh) - Unlocked with Ballistics. +75% Defense for stationed units and +2 Culture. +1 Culture and Gold for every adjacent Mountain.
