RL: Merry Christmas! (and a happy new year!)

In Christmas spirit I decided to quickly whip up a very small mutator. This is a small apology mutator because of my absence and often negligence to communicate where, why or what is happening. I have had bussy/rough couple of weeks with work and RL matters that needed attention more, they often drained my energy and motivation to do any modding/modeling. In any case I hope you are all doing fine and we, @kbarwich66, @Mortifer-90s and I wish you guys a Happy Christmas and a happy new year! Thank you all very much for the support of our projects and Mortifier's has gotten and we really hope to bring more joy in the coming months to whomever it might entertain be it with RE, 30K or 40K content!

-This mod is compatible with any skin, not compatible with mutators that relay on adding or removing accessories from bots and players!
