Description
A mod that adds chances of armors and weapons to spawn on the starving bandits. kept as lore friendly as possible to keep it with the theme of kenshi so no overpowered starving bandits.

@Bow1e Yes, I have been working on a mod that does this for a large number of the smaller factions.
