uh... sorry but i can't replicate it...
some users also reported this "bug" when they have the Brave New World submod on, which is because the BNW dev team redesigned the Mongolian Civil War mechanism to make the mod do so. Does that apply to you?

Another issue, when mengjiang beats mongolia, the peoples revolutionary council loses their part of mongolia for some reason when it should be kept

I fixed my issue, i deleted the collapse event in tno/events/TNO_Rus.txt | If you can integrate this in the mod that'd be cool

the russian collapse with alexander men event still happens, its called RUS.collapse.4.t
