The Great Rework Additions [DISCONTINUED]

Description
Due to personal time constraints, I won't be working on this mod anymore. Anyone, feel free to take the mod files for your own purposes.

These are my changes to make TGR more to my personal liking.
Changes include:
- Redone resource distribution in line with 'Historic Population Growth and Resources' mod. Population growth mechanics are unchanged from TGR.
- Redone logging potential in line with estimated forest coverage on a state-by-state basis I know this basically results in ludicrous amounts of wood potential in some areas, but good luck supporting enough pops to exploit them all. Realistically, no one's having a nationwide wood shortage while controlling the Amazon, Canada, or Siberia.
- New state trait for British woodland climate that allows for increased growth rates compared to other regions of Europe
- Added some basic rail to the US as they did have some rail by this time.
- Railway auto expansion will be done when state infrastructure is less than 20, so infrastructure is built up more predictively, rather than only after a bottleneck occurs

I can't wait for pdx to rework arable land.

Thats wierd... It kinda sucks that Africa absolutely has to reverse colonialism in order to maintain a functioning econ.

I've looked into increasing resources by effects, but it doesn't seem to be possible.

Kinda struggling with late game econ, as theres really not enough resources in places like africa, but for a gameplay standpoint (and probably an IRL one too) there should be a way to discover more resources such as iron/lead/coal/oil etc.

My suggestion is a decision to generate resources, granted I dont even know if its possible.
