Oceania "fixed"

this is a "fixed" version of Two dollars Twenty's oceania map because the original isnt working atm, it has no addons required so its not as pretty but its working. just dont look at my railroads or tunnels. itll probably make you cry.
it uses the originals height map so the layout of the island is pretty much the same.
