Band-Aids Don't Fix Bullet Holes

Description
Removes the bandage texture when a pawn's wound has been tended to.

If you're like me and think it looks dumb when your pawn gets covered in band-aids after a fight, this is for you.

@ProfZelonka this just removes the texture. There is no functional change to the game. I just made the band-aids invisible.
