you could just remove all trains.

The terrain is a poster. you need to copy the three images from the workshop folder \SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\754150\2909324560\assets\images
to your game folder \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Rolling Line\Modding\custom images
