KCS EMC E3 Flying Crow Mixed Consist

Kansas City Southern Lines was founded in 1887 in Kansas City, Missouri. KCS were early adopters of diesel power and the Flying Crow was their first diesel powered locomotive. This locomotive set is the Electromotive Diesel (EMD) E3 A and B unit.

The Flying Crow was a passenger train between Kansas City, Missouri and Port Arthur, Texas. This passenger train was the first KCS passenger train to use diesel locomotives and had several paint schemes over its lifetime. This is based off the late 1940s paint scheme. This consist is based off several photos of the Flying Crow and approximations on cars based off the KCS car roster. The locomotive and passenger cars have new trucks as well as higher resolution rivets compared to my previous trains.

Comes with automatic engine reverse feature: spawns the engine in front of the direction the train goes. comes with custom sound effects for movement and horn.

Train functions as a regular passenger train but due to its length some additional consideration might be needed when setting up passenger stations for it. Consult the "How to use very long passenger trains, building station complex" by REV0
