Standalone parking lots pack for vanilla Cities:Skylines.
Does not require mods, no extra assets are needed!

Decorative parking lots fenced with flower boxes and pots.
The package contains 5 items: a 2x3, a 2x4, a 2x5, a 2x7 and a 4x8 field variation.

I second the motion to remove the Entertainment Value. It's a parking lot. No one has fun walking to their car through the parking lot.

Please change tourist and entertainment to 0. Having tourests go to the parking lots throws off the gameplay quite a bit!
