Borg Ion Tactical Cube

Description
Resistance is futile - I tried my hand at a Borg Cube, can take quite a bit of damage and you can just rotate sides during battle. weak against concentrated missles and Bulk Ion destroyer's.

included multiple revisions and test ships leading up to revision 18.

the purpose of the borg cube is to be identical and redundant on each side, so its definitely a balancing act when it comes to design, and i wanted to do it in vanilla with out mods.

yeah it is, it aligns with the 2:1 principal. but given how much protection you want to give your ions - without mods, trying to make a Borg cube in this game is probably better with missiles and artillery rather than beams for late game levels.

I think the ion efficency is quite good, isn't it?
