CpS/Upgrade Price ratio

Description
Shows cps/upgrade's price ratio on the buildings, so you know wich upgrade is more profitable.

Ratio = UpgradePrice / BuildingCpS
BuildingCpS: each building's cookies per second (without global modifiers).

CCSE required.

Finally, I updated this mod (I was bored)

Patchnote:
- Now ratios show a (I hope) more user-friendly number
- Best price/CpS ratio will be featured in green

I wiped save and uninstalled the game and its not help which is annoying because this game costed real money and now I cannot play the game I own.

The ratio is reversed, the CPS must be divided by the price.
