Description
This is an upgraded version of my diesel tanker train car. It has reinforcing braces on the sides of the tank allowing for storage of high pressure liquids. It was built to work with my existing train cars and locomotives and it has my personal train system micro-controller. This system allows the brakes to be controlled from a locomotive or another car and it allows data to be passed through the car along the length of the train. It holds a little over 41,000 liters of diesel fuel making it about 2/3 the size of my previous tanker car. It has working lights, brakes, forward and aft pumps to use the tanker as an external fuel tank, and it even has my new system using electric motors to help move the car and assist the pulling locomotive.

The tank can be emptied or filled from the sides or the ends. Press the green button to pump diesel into the tank. Press the red button to pump diesel out of the tank. Only the sides have pumps to fill the tank but fuel can be pumped out from any side or direction. The ends have green hose anchors allowing fuel to be passed through multiple tanker cars in a daisy chain.

The panels on the front of the car control the brakes and external control system. The first switch on the top panel sets the car to be controlled remotely from a connected vehicle. The second switch indicates if the controlling vehicle is in front of or behind the current car. The lever controls the brakes for the car or the entire train if it is set as the "Lead" vehicle. The bottom panel shows the current brake information being sent through to the brakes on the train.

The orange button to the left of the control panels activates the electric motors to assist the locomotive in moving the car and the train as a whole. These motors are connected to the axles on the car and are controlled simply by moving the car forward or backward on the rails. The directional velocity sends a fractional signal to the motors allowing the car to move as long as it has a charged battery.

I kinda made my own system for controlling the train and sending data along the train-line so my system isn't really compatible with the other style of cars and locomotives anyway. Sorry

Looks great, but doesn't have a standard coupler on it so no way to connect to a regular train
