Max public order = even more income for High Elves

Description
High Elves industry and public order buildings now give more income, as well as growth buildings giving more growths when at max public order. In addition, the embassy building now gives additional influence at max public order. If you miss the HE economy from the WH2 days this mod brings you a bit closer to that, but you have to work for it more instead of spamming agents.

Initially this mod was made because I misunderstood the changes WH3 made and thought they nerfed stuff when at max public order.

Mod is updated for 6.1.

Thanks for looking into it. The game does nerf income though, I think. Without this mod, income-generating buildings say: When public order is greater than 75% (-9% income).

BTW CA said they're fixing the mod crash problem so if you're like me and have a number of other mods causing crash, they should be sorting that out soon(?)

Thanks for reminding me that this mod exists. I originally made this mod because I misunderstood the buildings descriptions and thought they nerfed your income when at max public order. I updated the mod and will update the description.

Crashes the game in version 6.10. Worked OK before that.

Lol, when you are at max public order, it increases the income to the base income. That's an addition.

@FrenzyBee somehow I completely forgot about the T3 embassy building that already gives influence per turn. I just made it so it gives 2 additional influence per turn at max public order. Thanks for the suggestion.

@Deygotwingsnow Any thing will do! Just tired of just spamming noble agents and leaving that one undefended enemy gate in Ulthuan to get my influence. Kinda gets old after awhile

I just checked again and I'm pretty sure everything is at 25% bonus at max order. One of us is doing the math wrong

I think bonus influence for entertainment buildings is stepping a little too close to the line of being OP. Maybe adding a small influence to the T4 noble building wouldn't be too much though. I just have to get around figuring out how to add it in.

Awesome mod! Would it be alright to ask to place an additional effect for Public Order Buildings when public order is at 100 to have a +5 or +10 influence effect?
