You can change the in-game icon by renaming your preferred image file to "NutriRations", then replacing the existing image in the "icons" folder in the workshop downloads folder.
It should be steamapps -> workshop -> content -> 233860 -> 2912513147 -> icons
I tested it and didn't have any issues, even after downloading other workshop mods, and closing/reopening Kenshi.
If you uninstall then reinstall this mod, then you'll of course have to replace the image again.
Hope this helps!
I personally still really like the new model and icon I made, so I won't be changing them, but I absolutely encourage you to change the mod however you'd like!
Here's a link on how to get my mod into your mod-editing directory:

And here are a couple links to help you with using the mod editor. These helped me a lot:

Also, in-game, I would recommend setting up hydroponic farms, which don't require much space. You should be able to get all the materials you need with a simple hydroponic setup.
If you need any more help then feel free to message me! I could send you a buffed version of the mod, or help you with using the mod tool.
Thanks again for using the mod, and I hope this helps!
To balance it out you can make it auto craft only by some auto machine which require rare material like AI core to make, you know ... high tech stuff to squeeze out every bit of nutri and waste nothing in the process
Also it because im having hard time feeding large army, i want to keep my base small, but the farming area require to feed more ppl just too many
